In Outlook you can create “Search Folders”.
Using search folders will not change the appearance of your usual inbox folder, and if you need to return to a previous search, the search folders makes this an easy task..
You might create a search folder for all emails flagged for follow up, emails from specific people or lists or emails with specific words in the subject field.
- Start Outlook
- Select the tab “Folder”.
- Click "New Search Folder".
Select one of the predefined search criteria or scroll down to "Custom". You can customise your search folder by specifying your individual criteria or simply selecting one of the many predefined criteria.
