PLEASE NOTICE: It is not possible to restore the contents of Microsoft Authenticator. So, when you get a new device, and you choose to reset the device (without first setting up Authenticator on the new one or adding your phone number), Authenticator must be set up from scratch.
Therefore, you need to contact service desk Support personally at AAU, in order to delete the old MFA device and possibly get help setting up the MFA again.
