User satisfaction at ITS
Every year, ITS invites students and employees to take part in a user satisfaction survey to assess the quality of the IT services which ITS offers at AAU.
Usually, the user satisfaction survey is conducted during the autumn each year, and its results contributes with indications on possible focus areas for ITS to pay attention to in the upcoming year to ensure that we provide a service that satisfies our users.
For the last two years, ITS has carried out user satisfaction surveys based on the same methods, and thus it is possible to compare the answers from 2017 and 2018. Furthermore, it allows ITS to assess whether initiatives that were implemented based on the 2017 survey have had the desired effect.
Information about the methodological approach of the study, the background of the respondents, and the response distribution can be read in the reports. Currently, the reports are only available in Danish. However, you are welcome to contact us for further information about the results and approach of the study.
