After logging in, you will be able to see your dashboard and the active print jobs you have sent to the Follow-You printer which should be ready to be printed. 

Under the Reports tab on your dashboard, you have the option to view your printing activity. 

• You can choose from different activities including the last 30 days, last year or the last 365 days.
• Choose one of the following as needed 
• Click on View selected report
• Your activity report will open in a new tab

Please note, depending on the activity selected and the amount of information it needs to display, it may take some time, so please be patient. 

Are you a student og need to get your units refunded, it would help IT that you can document which printer it is about and how many units it is about for the documents that were ruined or were not printed out – which is done by a print raport.

• Access you print account
• Choose Reports
• Choose Detailed activity by user - last 30 days or 365 if you want to see more
• Click View selected report

It might take some time to make the report depending on how much data you have.

• If the report does not appear, but you get a pop-up window in the browser (blocking), you must change the blocking from Continue blocking to Always allow pop-up windows and redirects from https://eqwebclient.aau.dk and thus generate the report again.

NOTE: You can only transfer units that you have purchased yourself and not your free units you have received

• Click on the Transfer funds tab on your dashboard

If you want to transfer units, make sure you have enough. Under Paid balance you can see how much you have - Read more about what the individual units cost. 

• Enter the amount you want to transfer under Transfer amount
• Enter the domain\AAU ID of the student you want to transfer units to in the field next to Transfer to account
• In the comment field, you can choose to enter a comment
• Enter your password in the field next to confirm your password
• Click Transfer

You have now transferred the amount.
