Login to the serviceportal
- Go to Serviceportal.aau.dk
- Enter your AAU username
- Click next
You will now be redirected to an AAU webpage.
- Enter your password
- Approve with the Multifactor Authentication login
- Press yes to stay signed in
By pressing yes, you allow your account to automatically be logged into the serviceportal.
The webpage contains a system in primarily in English, but with content written in Danish. For this guide, we used Google Chrome and allowed translation to English. The pictures and placements will be the same.
- Scroll down to the button of the page until you find Quick Links
- Click Something is not working
- Fill out the required information
- Press Submit
When you have clicked submit, your ticket is created.
You will then be redirected to a ticket overview, where you can follow the state. You will receive mail notifications whenever your ticket receives updates.
