Submission of Panopto video in Moodle

If you as a student need to submit a video in Moodle that is larger than 512 Mb, either as an assignment submission or as a post to a forum, you can use Panopto's video server. In order for the video to be available to the teacher, you must upload the video in the course assignment folder.

• Log in at https://Panopto.aau.dk
• Find the course assignment folder
  
  • via the Browse menu (1)
  • or search for it under the Browse menu, select All Folders (2) and search (4) on course name [assignments] or course name [assignments] (3)
    
    • NOTE: The name of the assignment folder ends in [tasks] or [assignments]
• Select the folder with the course name followed by [assignments] (2) or [assignments] (2)

If you already have a video on your computer –

• Click on the Create button (3)
• Select Upload media (4)
• Upload your video

2. Record your desktop or
3. Record a presentation

The video is now in the course's assignment folder after you have uploaded your video

• Login to Moodle
• Navigate to the place where you have to deliver your video
• Click on the green Panopto icon
• Select the Video from the task folder
• Click Paste
• Click on Save changes/submit
