As a student or employee at Aalborg University, you get free access to Microsoft Office 365. You can download the Office applications to your computer, tablet or phone. Furthermore, you will be able to access the web-based versions.

As a student or employee at Aalborg University, you get free access to Microsoft Office 365. You can download the Office applications to your computer, tablet or phone. Furthermore, you will be able to access the web-based versions.

Free Office 365

Aalborg University provides a license to Microsoft Office 365 to all students and permanent employees. The license gives you access to:  

If you are not a student or permanent employee at Aalborg University you will receive a basic license to Microsoft Office 365. With this license you can only log into the Office 365 web portal. 

Login to Office 365

Your Office 365 license is linked to your AAU-Username. To activate your license, you must: 

  • Open an Office-program 
  • Login with your AAU-Username and password

You will then be redirected to AAU’s internal login page.  

  • Login with your AAU-password

Your Office-Package is now ready.
