How to put a semester label on courses

When you create rcourse in KOSMO, it takes some time before the correct semester mark is placed on them. This means you cannot see the new courses you created in KOSMO under the correct semester on your dashboard in Moodle. However, you will be able to find them if you select All in the overview instead of choosing the semester.

You can add the semester mark yourself, as described below:

• Access the course in Moodle
• Activate the Edit Mode button (1)
• Select the Settings tab (2) on the menu below the top menu
• Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page
• Click on the small arrow (3) to the right of the AAU custom field (4) so that the contents of the field are displayed
• Click on the semester field (5) and select semester (6)
• Select the blue button Save and show (7) on the menu, at the bottom of the page.
