Here you can find instructions on how to manage mailing lists, as well as how to view which mailing lists you are part of. This applies to both Windows and Mac users. With mailing lists, you can send e-mails to all members of the list. Persons who order mailing lists gain access to maintain the list themselves.

Which mailing lists am I part of?

This guide can be used by both Mac and Windows users. 

  • Open mail.aau.dk or outlook.office.com (if you have been added to the cloud) in a browser 
  • Login with your AAU-Username and password 
  • Authenticate with Authenticator app 
  • Click on the gear icon above your profile picture 
  • Choose Settings 
  • Find the General tab on the left 
  • Open it 
  • Click on Distribution groups 

Here, you can see which mailing lists you are part of.
