You can set up a learning room so that the remote room acts as the one you are lecturing from. You can also use the system for meetings, conferences etc. This guide is for lectureres, students and external users

    Preparations

    You can advantageously contact (by telephone, e-mail, etc.) the room that will receive training to coordinate the start-up:

    • In the room that is to receive classes, tap on the "touch panel" and select "Receive video lecture" and wait for a call from the room that is to send classes.
    • In the room to be taught from, press the "touch panel" and select "Give video lecture" and make the call. See step 2 further down.

    There are 2 ways to make calls:

    2a: Call using the adressbook

    • Press Lookup an AAU contact
    • Press the given room in the adress book 
    • Press the green phone symbol in the top right

    2b: Calls, if the adress book is empty.

    • Press "Dial IP adress"
    • Press the Keyboard symbol
    • Now enter the SUP adress -which you can find on the bottom right of the screen or canvas. The SIP adress will be a number followed by "@v.aau.dk
    • Press the Green phone symbol

Finish a Call:

  • Press the Red phone symbol
  • Press "Turn all off"
