You need to make sure that your computer is updated to secure it and minimize the risk of misuse and errors. We attempt to keep all of AAU’s computers updated to improve the security, for example by providing access to the newest updates in as short of a timespan as possible after they have been released by Microsoft or Apple.  

We recommend that you install any available updates from your Software Center as soon as they are visible.
