Across AAU you are offered Follow-You printing, which allows you to print to a cloud printer. You can then pick-up your print at a multi-function copier supporting Follow-You.
At the same multi-function copier you can scan documents to your Email.

Multi-function copiers you can be unlocked with your AAUcard and PINcode or your AAU Email account and Pass-word.

Infrastructure services needed for print and photocopying and a specialized web shop allowing students to buy printer units are included in this service.

The Service

Includes Standard print, copy and PDF “Email/Scan to me” on standard A4 and A3 format with accounting.

The Service is for both staff and students and have been in service since autumn 2012.

Students have to pay for printing - all students get a free sponsorship of 100 Units first time you start at AAU.
For staff the service is complimentary (free).

Printers and multi-function copier are situated around AAU Campus in primarly print and copy rooms – and are continuously renewed as part of the service – this does NOT include personal printers in offices.
