The upgrade is called "Windows 10 1607 Upgrade" and can be found in the Software Center ind the Operating Systems category. Read more about the Windows 10 Versions here.
You can start the upgrade yourself, but you are welcome to contact ITS Support on (9940) 2020 if you need help.
The upgrade can take up to 1,5 hours and will restart your computer several times.
Duing the upgrade you won’t be able to use your computer. To minimise the interference on your work, you can start the installation process at a time that suits you.
The upgrade has to be done at AAU with the computer connected to the wired net and with the power supply attached. Meaning your computer has be connected with a network cable directly or via your docking station.
You will not be able to work on your computer, while the upgrade is in progress.

First you need to confirm the upgrade. (Alternative windows can appear)
Before the upgrade can start is needs to download the necessary files
The computer will restart several times after downloading the necessary files.
When the upgrade starts installing language packs, it is approximately halfway through the process.
This image will show for a few minutes before the computer restarts a final time.
When you are able to logon the upgrade is done.
Notice that it may take longer to login the first time after the upgrade.
You can verify that the upgrade was successful by opening the start menu that will now look like this:
NOTE: Some programs i.e. Outlook may reconfigure the first time you start them.
