Set startpage in Internet Explorer

  • Start Internet Explorer
  • Visit the homepage you want to use as your startpage from now on.
  • Click the gear symbol  in the upper right corner of the window.
  • Choose 'Internet Options'.
  • Make sure the 'General' tab is active.
  • Click 'Use current'.
  • Click 'OK'.

Set startpage in Firefox

  • Start Firefox.
  • Visit the homepage you want to use as your startpage from now on.
  • Click at the 3-line-symbol in the upper right corner of the window.
  • Choose 'Options'.
  • Make sure you are in the 'General' section.
  • Click ' Use current pages'.

Set startpage in Google Chrome

  • Start Google Chrome.
  • Visit the homepage you want to use as your startpage from now on.
  • Click at the 3-line-symbol in the upper right corner of the window.
  • Choose Settings.

In the 'Settings' section you find the headline 'On startup'.

  • Click the button 'Open a specific page or set of pagees'.
  • Click at 'Set pages'
  • Click 'Use current page'.
  • Click 'OK'.

If you have opened more than one tab in your Chrome browser, you will see a list here. If you click 'Use current pages', all pages will open again, next time you start Chrome. If you don't want that, you have to delete all unwanted addresses in the list. To do that, navigate the mouse over one address and click the little cross to delete it.
