Share your calendar on Mac
If you need to access another person’s calendar, they must give you access to their calendar.
From Outlook, you can share your calendar by selecting ‘Calendar Permissions’. Click Add to open the address book. Select the person you want to allow access to your calendar and click OK. Select the desired permissions level for the selected person (Inger Kristensen in the example below) and set it to ‘Full Details’.
If you’re sharing your calendar with a group of colleagues, you may instead add the distribution list used for distributing information to all staff at your department or unit and set the permissions level to ‘Full details’.
